Changing CSP's

I'm using the console builder that came packaged with the Netplay Build of 3.6.

I attempted to change them in the "sc_selcharacter_en.pac" but they didn't show up in game. I thought maybe something was different with the console version so I replaced the images in the "common5.pac." They still didn't show up in game. Is it not possible to change the CSP's? I can alter the stocks and battle portraits so I was wondering if I did something wrong. Can anyone help?
