I think that Luigi has one of the most effective and potent final smashes in the game, when it's used RIGHT of course. It's definatly useful 1v1, and it annoys the hell out of your buddies lol XD

I'm thinking he'll go up in tier a little bit. He's pretty easy to control and has some of the best recoveries in brawl. Minus wavedashing kinda hurts too though....

I'd also say misfire or fully charged, it's pretty funny when it happens though.

I think that a dashing up smash (headbutt) works pretty good too. It releases very quickly, and opponents often think that your going to to his regular dash attack. Hope this helps XD

Hmm, idk some ppl dont follow the tier list SOMETIMES. I mean look at Gimpy, Bowser wasnt high on the tier list but he did great with him. I'm just saying lol. I'd definatly say Luigi is definatly up there this time around though IMO. XP

Luigi's tornado is GREAT for edge-guarding, I'm also fond of his dsmash lol. I've heard that it's possible to use his Jump Punch (up b) WHILE the opponent is hanging on an edge. It seems too good to be true, anyone know if it is? I'm guessing not XP
