No because A. it doesn't exactly tell you what it is and B. it would not be able to be abbreviated as FRAC. the technique requires you to fall off the ledge rapid attacking to cancel it into your other moves.

well at what point should I use the technique? I tried doing it with a live player but I had issues landing it.

With the fact that the 3DS can be used as a controller, I would say that all the 3DS tourneys have been absorbed into the Wii U version.

USK also gave the game a 12+ just like FireEmblem Awakening. Sounds like Tharja will be a EU exclusive trophy. At least she wasn't COMPLETELY cut.
