for SDI, Snake's Down B/Grenades. You can also use those to learn to SDI moves downwards and teching in place.

Everything else is just about understanding subtle points of gameplay, like knowing the long list of when to fast fall your Dairs to auto cancel them well from varying heights/parts of the move animation. Also try to work on cross ups in training mode, like Nair Fast falled into grab, Nair into delayed second hit into Fsmash/Waft/whatever. Don't bother too much with computers, only briefly study their recovery patterns from different situations.
