No, you preform it by doing a rising forward air and you make it safe on shield by fastfalling/ fading away. It should Autocancel if you do it correctly.

I already know that you can wall cling and wall jump right after. But apparently you can scale up a wall infinitely. I remember a video where all the characters scale up 2 long vertical walls (it was a custom stage). I rememeber diddy and sheik being special and was able scale to get to the top...

I have trouble doing it with the a button and I'm often doing it to slow. Is it just me or does the c stick have to be set to attack turn around d tilt fast enough?
