Down smash is usually my go to when they regrab the ledge and I stay on stage. I think it's the only move that can hit below the ledge. Going off stage, Back Air is your best choice.

Nah completely different game engines

Lvl. 9's are frame perfect. So any mistake you make that can be grabbed, you're getting grabbed. Any situation where they don't have to get hit, they'll take the defensive option.
