I don't see scorpion happening because Sakuria would have to change him a lot to keep the E10 + rating, which would cause Scorpion to lose his gory atibutes he's known for But i do see a buff to the puff:4jigglypuff:

I don't think they'll add Sccorpion because he's associated with mortal combat, a rated M game that is gory as heck. But bayonetta got in so I guess it's a possibility, but not as likely as say, the inklings.
