Download a rom of super smash bros. Download 19xx on the first page of this thread. Follow instructions in the readme.txt of the 19XX file. Stick your mini SD card in your computer and drag the playable 19xx rom file into the mini SD card.

To attempt it on ED, would I first have to patch the falco **** to a SSB ROM first and then throw that on the SD card?

are u guys referring to the short over b that falco had in melee? (im new to comp. smash) cuz if thats teh case then i remember playing a lvl 9 cpu falco and he pulled a short phantom so im guessing its still able to be used. again, correct me if im wrong.

this is just my opinion, it obviously is not up to me whether or not this technique deserves a name. I think a good name for this would be a quick spike or soemthing along those lines. Again, feel free to correct me or flame , w/e
