oh your right i had it mixed up.

unless you want to spawn with a charged tornado and your oppnoent is using port 2.....than you might value a spawned tornado more than a waveland at spawn.

i still dont know how to do this and i am very proud of that,

i think you can not waveland from port 1 because each port level spawns higher and higher from 1-4 if i am not mistaken.

Pools is the biggest factor. Blur does switch things up from time to time tho. Mike haze earned his first seed in pools for example. Pools are however seeded using the rankings
