I played Oath of Felghana a couple months ago and ended at level 51. That was on normal difficulty so it might vary a little depending what difficulty you are playing on. I remember there being a good grinding spot very lategame to get levels if you really needed them.

I watched the OVA but personally I didn't think it was good. The animations and characters looked off to me. Also important characters like Kevin and Weissman are absent nor does it go far enough for the final dungeon to make an appearance.

I don't think that would happen since they have always changed up Anna's appearance with each new game and unlike Robin each Anna is a different person. Having a smash logo on her cape would be nice for aesthetic though.
