Ganon may move up slightly, 3 spots at best. The only thing he has going for him is his power and his tech chase. Link will move up more than him if anyone moves up.

In SSBM, jab combos did some damage. Had little knockback. Basically you could throw them in for some damage, but they got outprioritized by everything so they weren't EXTREMELY useful. In SSBB, lots of characters can just just their jab combos to rack up huge amounts of damage, and as you see...
