The word "assassin" being seen as offensive is like Beast Wars and War Planets' titles getting censored in Canada for having the word "war" in it.

That's the silliest thing to be concerned about. Swearing is one thing, but assuming kids get scared by any words relating to physical assault is a tad too overprotective.

I will not ever get over the silly fact that Naughty Dog tried to get fans to stop buying crash games by sticking an alien in it. The glaring flaw in their plan being that the series already had sci-fi elements, so this was natural progression.

Yeah, okay, the Mario Kart staff is no longer stuck in a comfort zone, they're officially stupid. Now there are nine playable versions of Peach in Tour, with two of those being baby variants.

I wouldn't mind if they were all skins but man, they just don't care about whether their Mario rosters have much of any diversity. I've seen Mario Party games with better rosters.

Just saw CGE's Steve Mayles interview, and I felt like throwing this out here.

If you work for an indie or other type of third-party company and want the bear and bird to come back via remakes, do it now (assuming you have proper budget, and not Kickstarter funds). If you just wait for Microsoft to greenlight anything, it may not happen. Beat the iron while it's hot and don't let your dreams be dreams.

I have a hard time seeing how Mega-Mix gets so little support as a racer for Nitro-Fueled despite options for characters clearly running out. Sure, it's an odd amalgamation, but there is an in-universe reason for it to exist in The Huge Adventure.

Meanwhile, The Chimera in the Nintendo DS version of Mind Over Mutant shows up with no context whatsoever in its own game, even though it's the final boss!
