Your trying to convert the videos that have the THP extension on them right? Are you using the program I listed on my page? And do you have XP Codec Pack installed? If not. http://www.xpcodecpack.com/download

If it's not dumping files, Move the extractor to a directory like C:\Extract Not C:\DocumentsAndSettings\User\Desktop\Extract Because if your profile is set to private, it can cause problems with his extractors for some reason.

Yeah, Something on my server was causing performance issues. I'm talking to support to get the problem solved. edit: I've had to disable the Image Gallery. The "image_resize.php" script is causing a CPU issue. Making 55 processes at once. So...no gallery till I can find...
