    Multi-shine Problems

I would be careful with advice such as this. Using my wrist fatigues my hand, I keep my wrist steady. Do what works best for you.

    Multi-shine Problems

I found the most important part of this input to be the timing moving from Y to B. Even if you are late to timing the next shine, you'll be grounded (if you are perfect) and can shine again (EDIT: or grab, or aerial.. or anything). Shine is most broken if it's grounded. :)

Moves you should never use as Fox

The first hit of fair has solid disjoint and enough knockback to setup mid-high percent range combos on fast fallers like Fox, Falco, and Falcon. DJ Nintendo frequently combos fairs into upsmash against other members of the cast as well, so it most certainly has its uses. Nair is pretty dope...

    Q&A -Fox Advice/Questions Topic-

Yeah I was, just a bit lazy with the quoting. :P Good to hear JC grab is treating you well.

    Q&A -Fox Advice/Questions Topic-

You can start dash grabbing left/right DI on upthrow chaingrabs around mid percents (45ish?). It's easier to get sloppy using the dash grabs, so be careful. JC grab is required until then.

    Recovery Based Tier List

Fox has such a good recovery. Sad to see y'all place him so low.

    Let's define Offense

The options your opponent has in this situation are dependent on the spacing of the nair, which probably determined by the intention of the nair, given the player has good execution and knows his spacing. Really, there are matchup specific conditions (i.e. Marth grab range, fox nair threat)...

Best approach to Fox vs. Samus Matchup

Samus isn't liable to get punished for simply being off the ground -- platforms can help her out, which can be inferred from FD being considered her weakest stage in the matchup. Perhaps on FD certain weaknesses are amplified, but if given the space (especially if you laser camp), Samus can use...

    Q&A -Fox Advice/Questions Topic-

Dash dance on the top platform, and wait for him to come up. Have a good punish for his ascent, or shai drop through or run off, whichever is safest. The only big tech requirement there is shai dropping, but if you're willing to learn powershielding I promise you that tool has crazy good...

Best approach to Fox vs. Samus Matchup

As an aside, I do think that Fox's lasers are ultimately the better projectile. I just don't think it's enough to ignore the possible mixups that can arise from missiles.

Best approach to Fox vs. Samus Matchup

Samus can be pretty effective at making you approach as well, though. She can have creative missile setups and may effectively be baiting you into shining, or even powershielding if they're good enough. Nair, bair, and even jab can all be really safe ways to neutralize those missile setups...

uthrow > uair guaranteed %'s in certain MUs

At certain percents, upthrow-->upair may only connect if the Fox makes the correct DI read. In some matchups, upair may never work at all. But in a lot of matchups Fox gets super free upair followups or, if not, great mixup potential. Regardless of the matchup, this position is absolutely...
