I would say Villager because he is a good neutral. He has an incredible projectile game. And finally, his recovery is very good. He has pretty good matchups with a few hard ones but overall he seems like the ideal fit

Down throw to up smash early and then once you get to higher percentage go for some of luigis bread and butter combos. Fox is also very easy to gimp if you have the mash
