    I'm more inclined to believe that Verg is just lying about Isaac than his source mistook him as an AT. It's plausible that insiders are playing the "heel" and hyping up the leak to be fake just to make the actual outcome (that it's real) be that more surprising.

    Skull Kid was a huge pick back in the day. I even thought he had more support than Isaac. They are all on a similar level.

    Skull Kid is up there with Geno and Isaac as a hardcore fan pick, and he has an item that replaces his AT effect. His chances have never been better.

    By the way, does anyone else feel like the chances of no Geno, Skull Kid or Isaac are almost negative? It would feel ridiculous to me if at least ONE of these guys didn't get in. It really doesn't feel like K Rool was the end of the "GameFAQS picks".

    He's always mentioned a Square rep and not knowing the full roster. Kencineroar only has always been just box theory, which Verg himself doesn't believe.

    Have there been any reports on the third party besides Dante or someone from Square? Also, has ANYONE mentioned a retro rep? I haven't seen a single mention besides the Tetris thing which i assumed was a joke.

    From my GameFAQS days Geno and Skull Kid were pretty much equal fan picks. I just put Isaac in there because he's close, but he's not as big as the other four.

    Sans is pretty heavily implied to be in Smash in some form in the new Undertale game. After beating the first chapter, if you talk to him he says he's "busy tomorrow". This is after the before mentioned Smash Bros reference as well as a Dr Seuss reference.

    I'm thinking they separated Skull Kid from the Moon so they could make his moveset more interesting I'm assuming that if he's actually in, the mask will be able to fly off him, transform and maybe work together with him Rosalina/Luma style.

    Looks fake, only because nobody would put "Chorus Kids" in the press description as if people would know who they are
