It's quite possible the big winner of the patch is Jigglypuff. It appears that the change to Pound around makes aerial pound to Rest around 50% a consistent combo. Edit: The changes to dair seem to be making landing dair to Rest somewhat more consistent as well. I don't think this latter one...
