YES! flying stance completely avoids counter attack and its kinda crazy!

By pressing y+b your pokemon will perform a grab which is the ideal way to deal with an oppenent using a counter attack (Personally i set grab as a trigger button because of smash bros muscle memory n' stuff)

Thanks for this! Personally i think i like Sceptile's/Charizard's stance effect the most.

When against charizard if you mess up with the counter attack EVEN JUST ONCE charizard is very capable of making the rest of that entire round in his favor. Also i don't really use force palm in feild phase that much at all honestly.
