  • Yeah :(

Cool. 4's actually pretty good considering I've never taken pictures at any of my events :o I would take one just to get rid of that old FB pic, but I'm lazy xP
omg so yesterday i went shpping and i was like wtf is this and i went to the girls section and EVERYTHING FITS OMG

yeah i bought girl clothes so what i dont wanna look like a trash bag when i go out :(
Because I'm trying to tone down with my play, and get ready for a Momocon tourney. It normally does me a lot of good.

I actually didn't get to go to the tourney because I couldn't find a ride when my mom was busy the day of.

That sounds bad :( FD only and Single Elimination doesn't sound very good for tourney XP D: It's good you got to play some more afterward, though.

That sounds cool. I haven't really been able to see anything like that. You take pictures? :D
You need to change your avi and your profile pic (or just enlarge it, you have massive size now =D). So, how'd your event go, get any autographs, have fun, etc;? Details pl0x
i mean we all in the VA right? :D
    nothing is impossible

except for that weeaboo convention :( eeeek!!!!!
you know wat if i wasnt banned on ur ******** xat person where a bunch of lonely guys on the internet complement you in hoping to get sum, THEN maybe I would have a place to talk to you and get actual responses rather than your one liners :(
OMG atleast pretend to care my friend elisabeth (the dumb asian who's going to be homeless with me = 2 WORLDS FIRST HOMELESS ASIANS EVAR!!!!!) is getting me a wig :bee:
    i'll be so sexy :D
OMG iota and red r jelus and will never get u because they're not koreans who look like girls and those are your preferences! OMG IM RIGHT i have like awesome judging skills based on the astronomers of wise 10000 year studies of philiosophies
Apparently Wes was at my last tourney. Guess he's Brawl rusty or something, haha.

I already knew San was top in his state, lol. I'm suggesting that I play Melee more because it's really interesting how the game changes so much. I actually do good in Melee.
Apparently, he can't recover against Sonic. 3 stocked by Malcolm :x He's definitely a good Ike, though.
reminder: 1 hour left until those lazy blokes regulars starts please within 1 hour of this message go into this chatroom http://xat.com/ThoseLazyBlokesWeeklies
I don't attack while recovering often, unless I'm trying to attack with Aether or something. I said I understood, lol. It doesn't really matter against people like MK or Sonic, since they can easily gimp you no matter what you do, lmao.

But yes, I'll surely FF more while recovering.
I'm talking about recovering from a lengthy distance. If I charge a QD, they can easily intercept by just jumping in front of me and dodging the hit, while I go into the attack animation, then helpless, and fall to my death. I see what you're saying though. I do that as well, and I normally get attacked out of my Aether by something like Fair.
    Not really :awesome:

Yeah x.x If Nair didn't have those horrid air ending frames, I'd spam it while recovering all the time. I normally Fair, Dair, or just QD really fast to avoid them. Other than that, I air dodge. Meneil spiked me twice in one game because I air dodged trying to recover.
Tut tut :D I also need to play a lot more offensive and punishing with PT. I play too much even of both, and I find myself getting punished by a lot.

I don't doubt my Ike too much, though, but I'm trying to switch up my recovery, rather than playing defensive to get to the ledge.
Thanks, I actually did that last tournament x.x Did pretty bad.

I'll take your word for it :) Hope you have fun ^_^
I should, Reflex is inviting me over to stay the night for friendlies ^.^ I hope you do good too. You good on everything? I want to make sure you're ready for this :D
I have 2 split rooms LOL I use the Wii on the larger side when I'm playing friendlies offline. I play the Wii in my mom's room when I'm on Wifi or something. Yeah, you did :p I was just unsure on whether or not you were using a different Xat this time.
What Xat do you use? :o I'd have the computer in my room, along with the Wii, but my mom says I'd be on it all the time, and I'd be on the computer too much. I don't blame her for thinking that, though. I'm thinking about getting a new laptop or Dazzle for my 16th birthday.
Before we moved into the bigger house, I had to go up and down the stairs to transfer from Wii to Computer :( Now, the computer is just about the hallway past the living room.
I don't really know many Xat chats where I can find a game, besides a few, which are generally social based. I also rarely get to use my Wii and Computer at the same time, since the Computer is on the other side of the house :( I get to use the laptop, but not frequently; Normally for tourney matches, or the Bi-Weeklies.

    I don't either.
It has some really good players. I remember seeing Boxxy on it one night I was on :o I've been using it as an outlet to find my matches rather than SMA or AiB. It also provides an easier way to construct teams and such.
In all, it's very good on practicing, mainly because you can select who you want to face, if you find interest.
A Pikachu did that to me a while ago, probably last week.

I'm practicing Uair > Footstool > weak Nair > Jab Lock with Squirtle. I'm glad you're still looking to improve, though. Do you play a lot of people on Fsmash? I normally see you on, but you lurk a lot, lol.
It's all up to you, though.

Of course it will D: And it doesn't suck :glare: Confidence is conscientious. I know, right? XD
I said they'd prove ineffective. From what I've seen, I'm pretty sure I can get at least a stock off, if not more. Mgw got close to beating him at an NY tourney.

That Pikachu is quite skilled at just about every aspect it sets its mind to :glare: I really only SD like that when I feel the lag is bad. It's either that, or I sandbag until it gets better. Our lag isn't normally bad enough for me to do that :p Hopefully not. Most of my opponents get salty offline. I've played this Peach player named Stem, 2-0'd him every time we've played in a set so far, but he's a really good sport (Don't know why I'm calling him that since he looks like he's 17-18), and he's steadily improving from what I've experienced.
I don't think I'm going to do that well, unless I get in massive loads of practice beforehand. I still do my best with the bad characters, which I'm certain will prove ineffective.

That Pikachu can 2-3 stock me :glare: As long as you're keeping up a good onstage game (camp with Jolt, space with Fair or Nair if they're too close, QAC to catch them off guard or get out, etc) you shouldn't have much trouble with most of your opponents. Also, if anyone johns at you or yells, tell me and I'll try to attend Pound just to get into VA, find them, and MM.
I think I remember Korn making Mekos salty. Hm. Didn't expect him as MD/VA, though :O I'm supposed to be going to G6 in March, M2K is attending.
I still think you could place pretty high :) That Pikachu is something.
    Ty ty =)

You know any of the attendees? Is there a thread? Lol. Nonsense. I'm sure you can pull some work as long as you stay focused and don't get distracted by your opponent talking, or the crowd watching, etc, like I do >.< I got knocked out by Kismet second round winners of SIEGE. No worries, lol. Even if you do, as long as it's Double Elimination, you shouldn't have a lot to worry about =)
Yeah but it's really really funny. At Revival, yelled "God d***it" (mind my work on the asterisks :awesome:) after losing a set XD Then he threw his controller. One guy said, " Darn, I didn't whip out my camera fast enough." Gave him props.

Neither have I. If a controller can survive being thrown... What about... My Wii? :D *Tosses*

Hopefully it does. The venue is actually closer than I thought :D I think you could get a good placing at your tourney =) You've got major potential.
I don't mean the whole "Get mad, shoot the TV after a lost game" or something XD That's TGK's job ~.~ He almost broke my TV after a LARGE amount of salt in a lost match. Pitched his controller at mach speeds >_>

That's good =) I've thought of getting active in different scenes, like MD/VA, but I'm still too young to get that far OoS, lol.

Thanks, I'm thinking about joining up with P3 instead since I think Chez would make a better teammate for TGK. He can certainly hold his own, and he's played with TGK longer, so he knows what to expect. It could, but I'd rather practice my teams offline. No offense, as I find interest in what you're saying. I'll definitely play Wifi dubs, if he can find time.
Well, at least you have players :p I only have, like, 10 people that actually play Brawl. 3 of them play competitively, but infrequently (4 If you count the girlfriend of one who doesn't play much). 2 Of them are actually good. One of them is state Jigglypuff.

He did? LOL He plays Luigi too much like Mario. He lives within hour range, so if we want to practice up, I could just host a tourney warm up get-together. Online is really slow compared to offline, and it can mess up some team combos. I think I'd still get hit by his Fsmash, though x.x If I hit him my accident, he normally dies because of his DI, especially on quick moves. I don't want to have to catch up for us both all the time. I'd enjoy teaming with him again, but he's going to have to show me he can hold his own as well. I'm still indecisive.
Your whole group? You have Brawl players in your area? :O I hope you have fun! It's really good practice to join an offline event.

He uses Mario and Falcon. Wolf and Pit, he uses from my discretion. I two stocked his Falcon in troll dittos offline a few weeks ago in friendlies at my place, he doesn't really use Falcon against me much anymore. His Mario is quite decent, but it's really really predictable. Wifi is bad practice for an offline event x.x They say you should play anyone in availability offline before you attend.
That's nice :D Are you intent on entering? ^_^

Yeah, if TGK can do enough to not KO me with Fsmash like he does normally in our team matches, I'll be good. >_> I'll most likely go Falcon in teams, and PT/Ike in Singles. PT isn't really a serious team character, and Ike takes some serious gimps D: (There's going to be a load of MKs).
    Yep :p

That's awesome :D We have Momocons here, it's a monthly anime based event in downtown Atlanta. They normally host Brawl tourneys as well, so it reels in a lot of interest.
I hope you have fun when you go :D TGK wants me to team with him at SALT this Saturday. I wanted to enter singles too, so I'll see how it goes :o
