That doesn't make any sense man. You are talking about smash4 in your entire first post of your thread. Anyway, practicing with melee lvl 9s is bad because they di the same way every time. If you were to practice with a cpu in MELEE do a lvl 7.

Yeah his combos were crazy. Especially against less experienced players in pools.

If you look at the wizzrobe video I linked above. A low knee is also safe on shield because you have a single frame advantage where you can grab them before they shield grab or stomp them.

I was under the impression that the hitbox for bair actually isn't very long and that they would be able to shield grab you out of it, but I dunno I guess.

I agree. His grab range is tiny but his speed and JC Grab makes up for it. The tech chase grabs make him a reliable character against spacies and other top tiers too.

Falcon can start a combo with grabs too. It could be argued that every combo is started by the opponents mistake because wouldn't letting yourself get grabbed be considered a mistake? I agree that a lot of Falcon's strengths rely on the punish game but it's not like he can't start anything...

Save your double jump if possible. You can survive after dairing with Falco. Fox's spike is his shine so you shouldn't have a problem recovering with that. Also, if you fast fall it you have to have good reactions so that you can recover more easily.

Falcon all the way! Falcon is definitely a tournament viable character, he's just harder to be good at. Mango has an amazing Falcon and can beat Hax with it. Wizzrobe is fricken amazing and is continuing to climb up the ranks.
