It sucks that your 3ds and dsi are broken, but at least u still have something to play Pokemon with. Another note I am currently playing Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D and going through Ico again.

I mostly play Skullgirls outside of smash, though I do play Lethal League and Blazblue on the odd occasion. For Skullgirls I main Fukua and am currently messing around with the rest of the cast to find a good secondary. I also plan to pick up Street Fighter V and Killer Instinct when they hit PC.

I have Yoshi's Story and found it pretty fun, probably one of the games I played the most as a kid.

I guess its not super underrated but I still never find anyone talking about.

One game I find super underrated is Mark of the Ninja. It's probably one of my favorite games and definitely my favorite stealth game. Another game that I find to be a hidden gem is Twisted Metal Black, that was probably the hypest game I've ever played.

Honestly I don't see this happening but I want either a HD remake of Pokemon Snap or a sequel to it for either the 3ds or the WiiU. Though it's most likely going to be Pokemon Z that is coming out next due to all the stuff going on with Zygarde recently.
