Are the modified controllers, like with the PS3 stick and removed springs, LEDs and such allowed in tournaments? Also, before and after the modifications, do you check that the controller is in good condition?

I'm not sure Samus, Ganon, and Doc count as low tiers. Maybe if they were the Bad Guys, since you're putting the Heroes against Hungrybox, PPU, and Kirby Kaze. HBox is one of the best in America, and KK is the best in Canada, and PPU beat Mango and Doh with Shroomed. It seems kind of lopsided...

Thanks for the advice, and I only really play lvl 9 Samus to practive avoiding and punishing the grab. I always hear top players saying that level 9s make you form habits, so I'll try to avoid too much of those.
