About your problem Just play in New Mexico :D. D3's standing infinite is banned, and chaingrabs are limited to 5(7 for IC's), and MK is banned :D

Yes it is indeed. First you wait for acceptance into the Proving Grounds, then you debate there. (Group Memberships in your User CP) then you debate. If the mods and debaters are impressed with you, you become a Smash Debater.
