The main problem with these polls is that not everyone who votes in the ballot is actually voting in this. It can give a good idea of the general amount of votes but a lot of people don't use smashboards. We can't really know which character is actually being highly voted on until/if they are...

So, with the poll closing in a few months, what do you guys think Sakurai and his team look for in characters and suggestions? What do you think Sakurai's standards are for characters he thinks deserve to be in smash or not?

Geez. People are going crazy over the mii fighter costumes. While most people say it doesn't make the characters chances any different. I think it does, in a good or bad way.

The best response to the generic argument is pokemon. seriously there is like 500,000,000,000,000,000 different charizards in pokemon, what makes the one in smash any different. Even bandana dee isn't just a waddle dee, he is bandana dee. Greninja is just greninja.
