    The new two stages are obviously PARTY/CASUAL oriented gg nintendo Anywho, the patch was meh. Customs were patched (which is great) and the costumes are odd. (fox and falcon???)

    I think its allowed in local tourneys around your area, but for international tourneys its a no no. They don't want you to spend time connecting to the Wii U.
