Dolphin is now Open Source, meaning Melee on the PC @ 60 fps is one step closer. Online would be much more bearable on a PC I would imagine. I like the new eeepc 10'' with 40 GB SSD, but it may not cut it if you do not have a decent desktop to fall back on depending on what you do. You can always buy a desktop for intensive things (like Starcraft 2 :)) when you really need it and I dont think UMPCs will need to be upgraded very often...

Whats the point of thinking about "what if" situations when there are already tools to do this and more? They may not be perfect yet, but theres already some useful options for balancing. For example, we can mod a player's attack knock back and weight and even target it at specific characters...

Melee's adventure mode was far better for one simple reason. After you beat it, you got to play Melee. Beating SSE is not nearly as rewarding.
