    Does Fox ever get banned at Melee tourneys?

    No he doesn't. characters rarely ever get banned from tournaments nowadays. The only character I see getting banned is Ice Climbers, for obvious reasons.

    It depends on the size of the tournament. if it's a small group, see if it's small enough to fit in your house/basement or something. if not, maybe ask a friend with house room available if it's medium sized, I think your best bet would be to hold it at your school. there might be some community...
