Does Fox ever get banned at Melee tourneys?

Considering hes like the "Best" character in Melee, does some of his top-tier attributes give him an unfair advantage over other characters? Honestly, i really wouldn't care if he got banned or not.

Fox never gets banned.

No he doesn't. characters rarely ever get banned from tournaments nowadays. The only character I see getting banned is Ice Climbers, for obvious reasons.

This is ridculous. Fox is good because the amount of effort and practice required to obtain a top level is INSANE. Fox is good because people play him good.

I voted and have so much faith in this community for the way the votes went mostly.

Basically, banning Fox would not be the solution to beating fox. We'd simply be running away from fox. We are not so weak as to consider banning him from the game or nerfing him. Leave the game as is and we'll simply overcome fox with our own will power and strength.
