I am not a great player, so I won't give you very indepth advice because it might mess you up, but there were some obvoius things that you could have done. One is that you dash attack isn't very good. Don't spam it. Also, you were wavedashing almost straight into the ground some of the time...

My advie would not to fair so much. Most of the time he got out of it before you could follow it up, and it hurt you more than it hurt him. Also, your neutral a pushes him into tipper range, and it doesn't stun enough, and it has too much lag. It gives him a free tipper if you use it too much.
