As loath as I am to say that Wario *has* any bad matchups, I'd say Marth. Though after fighting Gooey's Game and Watch at the latest tourney, I'm inclined to add him to the list. :)

Yes the Gamers tournament is tomorrow at 12. We're all going to attend for sure. The ruleset is a little odd though, its free-for-all on Hyrule Temple with Smash Balls on. Perhaps we could meet up there?

He IS quite underrated in my neck of the woods, I just don't see him in any of the tournaments I go to. Odd, but I usually end up being the only one of any character I pick at a tournament. I think I've shown people that Wario is an amazing character though, so I hope to see some more soon.

I've been playing around with Donkey Kong as a second, as he fixes some of Wario's spacing problems against opponents like Marth. Heck, I've even toyed with Marth a bit as a possible second as he is pretty much the antithesis of Wario as far as distance and spacing go. Thirdly, Kirby? Maybe? I...

Great, great stuff, I'm looking forward to episode 2. I'm really wondering what they're going to do with Marth and Ike. My theory is that Ike is going to be a tough-guy cop who doesn't play by the rules. I can see it now: "Listen, punk, you'll get no sympathy from me."

The 2/3 waft, or mid-charged waft as I am in the habit of calling it, seems to be the most useful level in general. At least that has been my experience. It's had more reliable knockback for me and doesn't make you flash, which basically hangs a "Okay time to start running! kthx" sign on you.

I play as Brown Classic Wario, or "Dirty Wario" as he has been dubbed by my friends. :-p I just like the brown coloring and the shiny buttons.
