How is everyone feeling so far?

I think his strongest tool is still his banana, does anyone know a safe way to pluck it? since its a bit slower in this game. I try and use the peanut gun to cover me as I pull it, but that only sometimes works.

Hi PP you seem like a really smart guy, do you have a good method for keeping mental notes on your opponent during a match? To keep track of how they react to certain mix ups or is it best just to figure out their habits after the matches for the next time you play them?

D-throw into f-air true combo percents

Even if it is a combo on training mode players can still DI it anyway so there is no true link. You just have to condition them to DI the way that you want so you can land the fair or look for an air dodge after the down throw.

    Best approaches against campy players?

With characters with projectiles you have to just walk forward and shield until you force them to the edge of stage. Just take as much space as you can so you force them into a bad situation where they have less options, if they are near the ledge try and predict their escape options whether...

    Mario's neutral game

Back Air,Grab. Down Air,Up Air,Nair as mix ups but the safest part of his neutral is his back air so just work from there. Empty hops are good to fake an approach or to bait out an option from your opponent. You can use up tilt every now and then if you expect them to jump or use an Ariel, you...

    Pikachu's Neutral Game

I think to play the neutral as Pikachu you have to be able to bait your opponent in to throwing out moves which you can then punish. I would say the best moves to use in neutral are fair, down air, quick attack, down tilt and thunder jolt. These are all fairly low commitment moves which I think...

    Pikachu's Mindgames

Even if they do tech away from the jab lock the reward is so high if you hit the lock that it doesn't matter too much if you miss the opponents tech away and are not able to punish it. If you don't get the tech chase punish you are still most likely going to be in a more advantageous position...

    Pikachu's Mindgames

If you think that your opponent is starting to play defensively you can use an auto cancelled down air just outside of their range to either bait out an aggressive response or if they don't pick an attacking option then you can go in for a grab if they decide to stay in shield. If they did pick...
