Mr. Game & Watch Just Did What

Game Versions
Smash 3DS, Smash Wii U
Game & Watch's moves can be confusing to new players but here is a breakdown for you but feel free to skip it and go to part 2 (soon to be released) if you think you know everything about game & watch's (here by will be referred to as G&W) moves

Neutral A
G&W pulls out a fume pump of sorts that will be slow until it his the the speed increases to 2x i believe and becomes an infinite jab
Initial jab does 3%
Infinite does 1% per hit
Finish does 2%

Side Tilt
G&W pulls up a chair with decent sideways launch.
Does 10%
So far haven't found a sweet spot or a sour spot

Down Tilt
G&W flips a manhole cover that is useful do to its wind box effect. The wind box will cause certain objects and any character to be pushed up. If man hole hits no matter at what point they are knocked back to where G&W is facing
Manhole will do 6% damage
The wind box will cause 1% per wind box hit

Up Tilt
G&W pull out a flag that hits at 2 points in the animation first diagonally up in front of him then above him. Great for combos
Each hit does 7% damage

Up Air
G&W whistles looking up and the hit box is in the general area of his lips. also has a wind box anywhere near his head that pushes up. it is a 2 hit move with the second sending your opponent straight up.
Hit 1 does 7%
Hit 2 does 9%

Down Air
G%W pulls out a key and falls straight down but has more left and right control and can be exited easier than most down airs that sends the user downwards.
Its hits in 2 way the first is when you are in the air and the second is the very small shockwave created when landing. If the tip of the key hits it is a meteor smash
Air hit does 11%
Shockwave does 3%

Forward Air
Everyone loves cake right... well unless it is being used to kill you. G&W literally pulls out a cake and uses it as an attack. Seriously, is there no end to this madness. Anyway this attack lingers but has a definite sweet timing (like a sweet spot but for times obviously). If it hits at the start it has decent sideways launch especially for airborne fighters, if it hits later it hits for less damage and does more of an interruption flinch than any other use.
Start deals 11%
End does 6%

Neutral Air
G&W pulls out a fish bowl for a 4 hit move with a large hit box
First hit does 5%
Rest does 4%

Dash Attack
G&W slides on his face for a low to the ground hit that affects people on the ground. It has 2 "phases" to it the trip then the slide. the trip has more damage and launch while tending to send opponents behind you but can send them forwards. the slide does less damage with a little less launch but will always send the forwards a bit.
"Trip" does 10%
"Slide" does 6%

Side Special
Judgement
Alright this is where it gets complicated. In Judgement, G&W pulls out a hammer and a random number card from 1-9. Each number has its own effect.
#1: The most useless one I believe. I see no good use of it. It doesn't flinch, deals very low damage, and hurts G&W regardless of if it lands. But it does play the same sound as Mr. Saturn when he hits.
Does 2% to opponent but 12% to G&W
#2: A normal jab sound is heard and it has no knockback but it has a 20% chance (might be different) to trip
Does 4%
#3: The sound of the fan item is heard and your opponent is sent sprawling behind G&W
Does 6%
#4 The sound of a sword hitting is heard this is a very basic attack with no specialty
Does 8%
#5: An electric multi hitting move (i believe 4 times)
Does 3% per hit
#6: A fire attack that has high sideways launch
Does 12%
#7: An attack that spawns the apple food item if it hits an opponent or their shield
Does 14%
#8: An ice attack that will freeze the opponent hit by it for a very short time unlike mr. freezie or lucas who's freeze duration will depend on damage.
Does 9%
#9: The most devestating attack. The sound of the homerun bat plays if it hits. And G&W's bell sound will play regardless of if it hits. It has the launching power of a homerun bat
Does 32%

Down Special
OIL Panic
Absorbs energy attacks and bomb-om explosions (bomb-om is only if you are facing them i think) Then can be used to deal back a powerful blow with high launch
Does 18%

Standard Special
Chef
G&W flips food out of a frying pan if hit at the start does a strong sideways launch. Oh and the food doesn't have a definite arc.
Does 9% at the frying pan
Does 4% otherwise

Up Special

Fire
G&W uses a trampoline to send him up high the gently glides with a parachute. It enemies are by the trampoline they will be sent up with you G&W does damage on the way up. Parachute can be canceled by doing an attack or pressing up/down
Does 6%

Side Smash
G&W uses a torch with a sweet spot at the end and sour spot towards the bottom
Min 14%
Max 25%

Up Smash
G&W puts on a helmet and gains a window of invincibility for his head
Min 16%
Max 22%

Down Smash
G&W pulls out dual hammers who's launch direction and power depend on where it hits. The handle has lower damage and a sideways launch while the head has higher damage with an upwards launch
Min 13%
Max 21%
