That's a bad film?

IMO I think it was good but not great. It's definitely no HTTYD, Kung Fu Panda, The Prince of Egypt, and Shrek 1 & 2 but it's definitely above those like Bee Movie, Shark Tale and Boss Baby.

Pinocchio, The Prince of Egypt, The Road to El Dorado, The Lion King, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan, Tarzan, Mortal Kombat Legends 1 & 2, Soul, etc.

Also enjoy Shrek 1 & 2, HTTYD Trilogy, Kung Fu Panda Trilogy and such.

There's a lot of animated films I love.

I actually enjoyed Monsters vs Aliens. I got the DVD when I was young (Still do) and watched it so many times. I barely remember much from it though.

Really though I don't recall people hating Monsters vs. Aliens. Again its just nowhere close to the level that's HTTYD, Kung Fun Panda, Shrek and The Prince of Egypt.

Wel, they're both completely different mediums, they both have strengths and weaknesses. I don't think one is objectively better than the other.



I guess I'm saying I just like good movies, no matter the style.

I don't think animated vs. live-action should be a thing. Both have their merits.

Now if its like remakes such as Disney. That's a different story.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore the passion a lot of these animators have, and that **** is hard. But to say it's fully superior, eh... it has it's advantages.


Granted, the elitism is far more of a Twitter take than a Smashboards take. Animated Twitter is... yeesh.

Pretty much in agreement with this.

I've been a fan of animated films since I had watched Disney's Pinocchio and Pixar's Toy Story when I was a kid and I've been in to live action films mainly since the time when Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring and Sam Raimi's Spider-Man were huge back then.

While I love animated movies, I have to admit: I'd like them a lot more if the Western animated movie industry wasn't dominated by a couple of companies that force 90% of them to be family-friendly.

Disney's Pinocchio will always remain as not just my favorite Disney film but my favorite animated film as well.

Nothing can just replace that feeling. Watched it so much as a kid.

I prefer animation to live-action because it gives you more freedom to do whatever crazy **** you want. Stuff like One Piece would absolutely not work in live-action, for example.

However at the end of the day I enjoy both and 90% of the live action movies I watch are basically popcorn movies like Marvel movies so my opinion should be disregarded

To be fair they just game is Balthus as a free log in, the heroes quests path line gives some really good units for free, and a lot of the GHB and Tempest units that are free are pretty good. I’d say heroes is doing a lot better job then it was in that department.

So I bought Melty Blood Type Lumina. Worth it for £20 easily.

And decided to hold off on Nintendo 64 online for now. See if Nintendo iron out the teething......................hahaha probably not.

Not to mention payment for year only.
