Also on that note, I've been agreeing to so many money matches, I don't think I'll have enough dough to spend $5 in the team tourney:( :( :( :( ..:(

all I know is, that by Saturday, I only am going to have $13
$8 after singles, so either I use $5 in the team, and have $3 left over. or just use the remaining $8 on money matches?

Lol, Kyle.

Mr. Bob, it would be easier to organize a ride if it weren't on such sort notice and you actually had contact information in your profile. The only thing I can do is wait for you to post responses here (even PMs are denied).

You can find my address, phone # and etc. in this thread:
http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=101402

If you're capable of at least sending PMs out, please PM me. You can also try to catch me on AIM if you're lucky @ Timmy NSM

Save your money for Teams entrance. You'll play more people that way instead of just one $5 MM. Either that or do five $1 money matches. Or maybe twenty 25 cent MMs... or 500 penny matches.

Hey guys, the smash fest went awesomely! Its is interesting to note that only 30 people attended, maybe i shouldn't have closed registration, heh. Either way, I'm going to post the results up on the "tournament results" page. So, go see how everyone did there!

Wow, this tournament was the best. Anyone who didn't come johned out and lost out.

OC George - Best. In. Oregon.

csx2r (Mystery Chris) - Great meeting you again. Too bad we didn't get more than one stock of friendlies since we didn't get to play in the tournament. V_V

Tudios, Shin, Sam - Thanks for making time for this tournament, it's always more fun traveling with friends.

Kenpachi - Awesome tournament, lots of fun. You did a good job organizing brackets and such. Can't wait for the Fall tourney. Don't close registration until too many people actually hand you money and have their names in the brackets. ;)

Dihn - Nice meeting you. Come to more tournies so we can play before OSU III.

James - Nice hair cut.

James again - Actually, I have a real shoutout for you. Your Samus is getting faster and better. I see you using bomb mind games and Up-B outta shield more. Good stuff.

Kyle - Yay, cool that you could make it. I guess we should have played some friendlies, but seeing you again was good by itself.

Tyler - Same as above, especially the friendlies part. Remember, Smash Twin t!mmy has short hair, t0mmy's the one with longer hair.

I know I'm forgetting lots of people, but I want to say thanks for playing Smash. I had loads of fun and got to meet lots of new people.

Oh, and everyone come to the next Smashfest: Eugene. I'm arranging a Big City Gamin' tournament to coincide with it at the end of June.

:kirby: Laters.

Erick - Post the results on this thread, not on the "tournament results" page. Its better here. And when you do, post everyones ranking, not just top 5. pLeAsE! Thank you!

Shout Outs coming soon...

I agree with the above post. Also, what I do is just push the "PrtSc" button on my keyboard with Tio open to get a snapshot of the brackets, then Paste it into Photoshop and upload it to photobucket. That way you can link the entire bracket for people to see.

I'm going to go copy & paste my shout outs over in the Tournament Results page, I guess.

OC - GEEEEOOORGE: I forgot to mention, I left my hat on top of the coat rack. It has "Old School" printed on it. I guess I'll call you or something... if I had your number.

I can put results on my sever if you email me the bracket file. That'll make full results and brackets available to everyone :). nealdt@gmail.com. Also, you don't need to use Print Screen to copy a bracket image: just right-click the bracket and select Copy Braket Image or something like that. tio will then save the image to a GIF file you can upload somewhere.

The tournement I sandbagged the most, I had the most fun.
I think I'm going to stop trying to stop sandbagging and have more fun sandbagging.
CC'ing a Peach who only Down-Smashes while partner does a Super Taunt = too good.

Does that apply to singles and friendlies too? sheesh, how can I judge my relative skill if you were sandbagging? (or anyone else for that matter)

Bah, no shoutouts this time.. well maybe a few.

James, your edgeguarding is the best i've seen, ever. How the F*** do I get around it!? lol. I'm trying to work on my offense and defense capabilities because of you. Meaning, no more going nuts and doing stupid things... like I love to do.

JEsse, footbag is awesome, I loved playing it with ya. We just need to get the rest of those bumbs outside and enjoy some kick action. I saw you tech off the side of the stage against Chris a couple times, ****, I still havn't got that down, so, it looks epic. ^_^

Kyler- wtf, lol, you hug me then you kick me kyle? Nice seeing you, hey tyle who were those people you were with, one of them handed me my *** in the tourny. /cry i'd love to play you guys again next tourny, hope you make it to a smash eugene sometime, that'd be cool. Kyle, love the dreads.

TImmy/Tommy- Fun ride, i'm glad we had a lot of laughs to and from the tourny, its soooo much better traveling with good friends like you guys. No more badooofs and no more caramel apples to the roof of the van. /shakes head.

does that airdodge by pika mean wavedashing is even now MORE likely to be confirmed?

everyone else- This was a great tourny, I loved the free food (ggeeeeoooorrggeeeee...) and seeing friendly faces. Kicking peoples butts and staying positive. Everyone there seemed generally happy and glad to be there. And WOW what a big pot at the end of the tourny, lots of money!!
Lets all do this again sometime, it would be great to see you and compete with all of you again.

Chris- omg, I hate final destination, and your marth >_< loved playin with you.
OC-George- I promis.... I will bring a pinaple next time, i'm soo, soo sorry.. Was great buddy ^_^

Foos jr- wtf, where were you?

Oh, I forgot to mention this earlier, but if you hold another one, make sure to seed the brackets better. Looking at them, it look s like OSU people on one side, and then everyone else on the other. That's a really terrible way to do it, as most of the non-OSU people play each other all the time. Take Ratking's bracket for example. I think he played one random, and then the rest of the tournament was against people he plays all the time.

If you need help with seeding at the tournament next time, talk to Timmy, me, or Ratking and we'll make sure that the seeding isn't awful.
