Nintendo Announces Splatoon At Apex 2015!

Nintendo has announced on Twitter that the E3 2014 demo of Splatoon will be at their booth at Apex 2015! It seems even nasty blizzards cannot hold back Nintendo from bringing on the excitement! If for some reason you haven't heard of Splatoon yet, you can find out more about the game here.

It is pretty cool that Nintendo is using Apex as a vehicle to advertise/promote it's products but I hope that Apex doesn't lose it's individuality because of Nintendo's promotion. I would hate it if Nintendo's involvement becomes bigger every year to the point they muscle out games such as Marvel vs Capcom, Blazblue, and other non-Nintendo related games.

Now, a Nintendo Convention where they advertise/promote products plus tournaments for Smash, Splatoon, STEAM, Pokemon, Pokken Fighters, Mario Kart, and other similar games would be pretty cool IMO. Nintencon.

It's cool that Nintendo is promoting a new IP, and hell I even want the Inkling as a playable DLC character: the character is design perfectly to fit the Smash Bros Universe.

Anyway I hope, in the biggest smash Tournament sponsored by Nintendo, they would reveal the Mewtwo trailer before the finals (like Capcom showed USF4 before EVO finals).

That is free advertising, perfect love to the community, it's a win-win for everyone. A man can dream~

I respected this announcement because is a entirely a new IP from Nintendo. I kinda looking foward to it because it look a really fun shooter and the best of all, First is not a Mario game! Second, Is unique and Simple! Third, Look really creative and viewtiful! And last is THIRD-PERSON SHOOTER.
Im tired of First person shooter games.
