No. Give him Falcon's combo ability, Falco's jump height, Sonic's ground speed, Jigglypuff's air speed, Ganondorf's power and Little Mac's knockback

Plus Peach's float, Villager's recovery and Kirby's jumps

And Kirby's amount of jumps AND Mewtwo's multijump

Some more dumping has been done on the game's rom and 5 additional character slots have been found along with 7 stages. Personally I think there could be more and that could be just the first 5 and 7 to come.

I agree. We may learn more about some of the planned DLC characters at E3, but you knew that.

I just hope Wolf is one of the two "unknown" characters. I can say that since he has not been announced yet, I am sure they must be one of the characters they are teasing us with by making us wait longer until they do reveal him, ya know what I mean?

I think there's a possibility that Roy was decided upon after seeing the initial ballot results, if I'm not wrong Roy got a decent amount of votes already. Going further in this possibility, it could mean that Wolf is one out of the other two as he:
a) Would take more time than a clone like Roy hence why they're blank, because he'd be inevitably worked on later.
b) Purportedly has a decent amount of votes for the ballot as well going by data of the numerous unofficial ones

Yes, because the data is stored in an SD card.

Plus, the whole handling stuff thing is more about running the game rather than memory issues.

Since the data is stored in a memory card, the limit of DLC the 3DS can have is technically dependent on the memory card's size.

The game card itself is a ROM (read-only memory), meaning it can't be overwritten.
