We have seen Plenty of both. She even put 4 ness's against each other at the stage. Nes has some cool new shirts. A bird man like character is on the Magicant stage. Starman is also an enemy in Smash run. that is all I noticed.

There are more details in the Ness thread. I did not play Ness too much in any Smash aside from Project M, so I am not sure about all of the changes. Apparently the hitboxes are smaller on his dash attack and f-air.
