True, but Little Mac was pretty low on the tier lists (and apparently had pretty bad win ratio online), but he was still nerfed quite a bit in the previous balance patch. I think Nintendo is ignoring tier lists based on pro players and instead focus on which characters are strong in casual games.

Yes, Microsoft owns them, but they would make a great character duo, and all of their moves can be taken straight off the N64 game.
