I personally would use the z button for a quick aerial. You don't have to work as hard with moving your fingers. Provided you can do this without accidentally jc grabbing.

I would recomend going to a rehab clinic. Maybe try coffee or caffine supplements as a healthy alternative to speed. Support from family members and loved ones is also important. Just remember that your life is worth more than what you're doing to it.

I like Ike. He's hard hitting and mobile, with a massive swords to boot. Also, **** spacing because Ike's more powerful the closer your oppenent is to the base of his sword

Just dont get knocked off stage. Play smart enough that they have to kill you from a smash, instead of a gimp or edge hog. I find that getting that hit box at the end of his recovery to help. I think Ganon needs more attention, but I'll take a mediocre recovery for buffs in other places....
