From what I've found, the image you are using to replace needs to stay with the same dimensions as the previous one. For instance, if the first one is 74x14, the one you replace it with must be 74x14. You also need to make sure that the newly created file is smaller/same size as it was before...

You won't be able to see the titles ingame anymore if you remove them, but other than that it won't hurt the game.

If you actually play on Wi-Fi-, then you should keep the phrases you frequently see. Stuff you don't see should be deleted though.

Yes, it is fairly safe to delete the bottom parts of the Wi-Fi text in order to lower file size.

I'd do this. Looking good, but from reading previous threads, your PSAs all have glitches in them. For example, Metal Sonic still has that glitch with the curry, and Faith has this: I think it'd be a good idea to ask others about how to fix these. Also, pictures would really help.
