Snake is the only one that looks ok... and it still has a terribly colored face.
Is there any chance of extracting the texture file to manually recolor her in an image editing program like photoshop?

yeah, I'm pretty sure you can, I saw some people doing color swaps and such for other outfits, so I assume it's possible.

I'd like to see what the ZSS/Snake swap would look like with her actual face. I've heard the complaint "butterface" quite a bit, but that's just taking it too far...
