Ohhh, man, this is good. So, basically ZSS can Platform cancel the attack that comes out when you press B again, from her down B. Not ONLY can she platform cancel it, she can also B-stick it on the ground, meaning she could literally be running at you and then all of a sudden she Down B's and is retreating away. She also has mixups, because she can CHOOSE to platform cancel it or not by simply not letting the second attack come out, so if your opponent is shielding expecting you to platform cancel into an aerial or is trying to intercept your platform cancel repeat Down B, you can just fall through the platform instead.
ZSS can also platform cancel into a tether grab, and with this same technique she can EASILY platform cancel her neutral B shot. Because she can platform cancel her neutral B shot, it'll keep an opponent stunned long enough that she can combo it into an aerial if they're close enough, or her Down B Kick.
Down B > Platform Cancel > Down B > Platform Cancel > Up B
Down B > Platform Cancel > Down B > Kick
Down B > Platform Cancel > Side B Tether Grab
Turnaround Down B > Platform Cancel > Turnaround Side B | This is probably the best one because it can be used to bait and punish attacks extremely well, not to mention, Side B has so much range.
Down B > Platform Cancel > Neutral B > Platform Cancel > Side B(Could've done a Down B or any aerial as well)
Down B > Platform Cancel > Turnaround Neutral B > Platform Cancel > Turnaround Side B/Tether Grab(Again, could've done another down B or any aerial to get back on the stage easily.
I think ZSS is most likely going to be the most technical and precise character in this game, and will probably be #1 for a loong while because she has such good followups on her throws and a great projectile and a great...everything really.
