Zoroark, #571 in the National Pokedex, is a Dark-type, classified as the "Illusion Fox" Pokemon. It stands at 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighing in at about 178.8 pounds in weight. It can create illusions to protect itself and its kin, or to fool unsuspecting enemies or prey.
How will it Fight?
Zoroark will fight similarly to Brawl's Lucario, but much, much faster. His weight will match that of someone like Captain Falcon or Ganondorf, and his speed and playability will match that of either Lucario or Fox McCloud. His strength will match either Melee's Roy or Bowser, and his move effectiveness and versatility
My Proposed Moveset
Neutral B: Random Move from Movepool: From a certain taunt, this move can be changed to include Flamethrower, Dark Pulse or Extrasensory.
Side B: Shadow Claw. Has a chance of dealing a critical hit (represented by 1.5x the damage), and deals a lot of knockback, making it a potential kill move.
Up B: U-Turn. The user, while falling, flies in the opposite direction very fast. This is a good recovery move, or a good hit-and-run move on the ground, as it rebounds off the enemy on the ground.
Down B: Low Sweep. A standard move that delivers a sweep kick, making it a great combo starter.
Final Smash: Night Daze + Illusion. On the ground, it initiates an illusion which dazes the enemy. Then, Zoroark fills its hands full of dark energy, then releases a giant shockwave of energy, filling up all of a stage the size of Final Destination. In the air, it releases another illusion, and sends an extremely fast volley of condensed dark energy at all opponents in the vicinity of the illusion.
