zero suit may be playable from without the smash ball

In the new sonic video, when fox uses his illusion to catch the smash ball, zerosuit is already in play. If there is only one smash ball per game then this implies that she might be accessed somewhat like shiek by maybe holding a at the start of the match.

It should be obvious but there are still many that believe Zamus is playable via Final Smash. Right, like I'm gonna believe the Zero Laser is used before every Screenshot of Zamus is shown

I agree that there is some way for ZSS to start off without her suit, but just because fox uses a smash ball doesn't rule out that Samus may have already used her FS in that set match beforehand.
It concludes nothing, but I'm hoping for a Sheik-trick like before as well.

Maybe the Zamus final smash turns her into regular Samus?

This is the final smash update. I read that first sentence as its a skill each character can do only once a battle. It says nothing that its an item that appears only once. It just says performed once.

I agree. There not going to make Zamus usable only after an FS.

If that's true, what makes the regular Samus more superior than Zamus?

Exactly...but there still could be a way to alter who you choose to begin with. I'm just saying that that trailer doesn't prove much.

These all seem like valid points, I would find it annoying to only play as ZSS via Smash Ball.
I hope that you pick one or the other at the start of the match, and then if you do perform a FS, they switch to the other version.

There should be a way that when you choose Samus, you hold B as you choose her and she'll be ZS Samus.
