Oh my god April Fools Day was good for something.
So on Bell Tree Forums, there's objects under people's usernames called collectibles that you can buy, trade with other people, or obtain by participating in special events. For April 1st, the site replaced every collectible with a picture of a flea. However, this ended up deleting every picture of every collectible, so now every collectible is just a broken image with the file name next to it.
But what's good about this? Well when you gift collectibles to another user, you can enter a message that appears in the notification you get from it, and in the file name. Soooooo, now everyone is gifting collectibles to everyone else with the entire Bee Movie script because literally nothing is stopping you from doing so. You can see here (in posts 15, 17, and 19 specifically).
Personally, I'm giving all of my friends Halloween candy along with Phil's legendary BAN•ZELDA post.

I finally got all 4 units. I had to use 200 orbs, half of which were paid. I noticed that my paid pulls have better success than my unpaid ones.

Anyway, Nowi is a goddess unit to get. She will probably remain that way.

1) Decent bulk.
2) Decent damage.
3) Ranged counter attack.
4) Can get Swordbreaker to make Falchion users feel silly.
5) With +SPD is fast enough to not worry about being doubled by most units.
6) Seems to be a common 5 Star Dragon, meaning you can do a buncha merging for a super Nowi (mine is +3 IIRC)
7) Will survive most things but Green nukers (especially Julia or if you're dumb enough to attack full HP Hector).

SIDE NOTE: If you do buy orbs, get the 39.99 package since it's the most value for your buck. Even though the amount is still absurd. TBH I probably won't buy orbs anymore. The game is a good daily time waster but I am feeling my interest wane. If I didn't win money from the lottery then I probably wouldn't have spent more than 120 dollars.

I haven't gotten a new unit in my last three sessions fml.

Bunilla is the only one worth getting. And even then, you have to get her at +ATK to make her worth using. And just like Vanilla, she is good on Player Phase only. +SPD so she can survive things, but it's not worth it. She can be super anti-Takumi/anti-Blue if she is +ATK, has Cecila's tome, and Triangle Adept.

But thanks to their limited nature, you won't be merging them/many. Their skills, sans Sparrow, are pretty meh too.

Bunny Chrom is good both looks/lines/usability wise. As far as infantry axe users go, all we have is Raven and 5 Star Anna (who needs a lot of work). Chrom is basically Axe Lucina, so that's nice. I got +SPD for mine. I was thinking about giving him a hammer to decimate Armored Zaryas in the arena. But he might do well with a Brave Axe too since his attack isn't so bad and -5 spd doesn't leave him vulnerable to much at +SPD.

IIRC the best flying axe user is just Minerva or Cherche.

Then armored is only Hector. But... I see Armored Units as more of a burden you have to build around to actually get to work ATM. (Other units can be walls too, like Oboro who has more DEF than Effie).

Peri is a meh unit to use unless you can mash a bunch of them together. Most units seem to be usable if you mash enough of them together, which I guess is a form of balancing... Maybe. Peri is essentially a worse Abel, job wise. I don't like her voice in this game. It's childish, but doesn't have that unnerving psycho graveliess to it.

Isn't she more like a stronger Sully who cannot guarantee doubling sword units because she lacks Swordbreaker and a faster Jagen because her speed is actually good at the cost of having lower resistance, slightly lower defense, and lower HP? Y'know, I find it hilarious how the blue cavaliers all have high resistance and are pretty much mage killers -- assuming Jagen can actually one-shot them -- except for Abel who has balanced defenses. Unless they have a defense boon, there are no blue cavaliers with high defense until Camus or some other lance cavalier like Kent and Silas come along. This is the opposite with green where both Frederick and Gunter have high defense and low resistance with Frederick having the second-lowest resistance in the game over Bartre, Ogma, and Virion at 14 neutral resistance as a 5* to their 13 neutral resistance. Meanwhile, red gets everything; Eldigan and Stahl have high defense, Cain is kind of in the middle, and Eliwood has high resistance.

Eh, I've seen some comments on Serenes Forest saying she's not that great either, but I feel like she's better than Jagen in that while she doesn't have as high of a resistance, the fact she has a much higher base attack and is much faster means she'll at least avoid getting doubled even with her slightly lower HP and defense. Without Fury, Jagen isn't that great, but even with it, I'd say it makes him even riskier to use since his HP pool isn't exactly high compared to Bartre, Eldigan, and Hinata. Most of his attack coming from his Silver Lance makes it also another issue when you need to one-shot mages or whatever unit which Eldigan manages fine since his base attack is much higher. I guess for me, it's the issue of Jagen not being able to simply one-shot or double. If he did either, then it would be much nicer which is pretty much what Eliwood does, except he can also guarantee a double on axe units with Axebreaker so long as his HP is above the threshold. Giving Jagen R or B Tomebreaker might be more worth it, but I think Peri might want that instead to set her apart from Sully (and Abel) and the whole I hit harder naturally in the first place.

Funny enough, the same person who said Peri wasn't that great except for her skills was wondering what you could do to make Jagen better. And speaking of Jagen, I like how he and Gunter have unique art for their portrait. Everyone else gets added effects while these two old badasses get entirely different art.

Holy crap, dude, that must have been grueling. I looked at the 10th Stratum ones and said, "Screw it, I am not doing any of that." If they gave you 5-7 orbs a pop instead, then sure, but 3? No, I'll get them through other tasks. Well, enjoy those hard-earned orbs and take a rest from the grind that was.

Check out the Fairy Fountain and the other competitive sections on the Zelda forums. This place can be a place for competitive discussion and how to play Zelda, but mostly it's just a hangout spot for people who either used to play the game or still do.

So I had my dose of For Glory trash.

Most of them were against bad to mediocre players. First was against a Ganon main who knew his stuff, but he lost twice to me. Next was against someone who clearly did not know even how to shield. He went a plethora of characters (Ganon, Jigglypuff, Ike, Diddy and then TLink), he gave up after I bodied his Diddy with Bowser.

Then he lost connection when he was TLink.

Then it was against a ZSS who had a GOD AWFUL connection, so he managed to beat me via lag. :V
But the last one... oh boy, was it awesome; I fought against a very good Samus named Nabeste, dunno if he lurks around here on Smashboards. But his Samus was very good, I was playing horrible against him, but I could tell his Samus was good. He read my get up option and even managed to mixup his landing with Bomb Jumping. It was a sight to see.

Though I did ask if it was for ESAM, he replied with "YES".
Not saying that's a bad thing, I'm amazed that his Samus is legit good for just maining Samus for ESAM. Kudos to you Nabeste! Keep it up!

Also I like how they specify "girl" on the basic info for the character. I guess girls have a secret advantage against boy enemies. Like they say "OK just let me kill you and I'll send you nudes." And it has a 80% chance of working.

After grinding all day, I still only get 3 star repeats of old characters. in the past two weeks I've only gotten one new four star that doesn't suck, and that's Hawkeye(even then, he's meh). I got a 3 star robin a while back, and I've been grinding to make him on par with my other units.

As for FE Heroes. This. Game. 19 total summons so far and the only archer I've summoned is still Virion. Klein and Rebecca became 4* and 5* summons after their banner!!! By the time I get an archer and it'll be one crappy one, it'll be through a new rotation of special maps or I end up with all the freaking 5*-only units. And of the 2 new foci, only one flyer appeared: Catria. Beruka and Cherche are common! Ugh... I guess that's it for these 2 banners unless I miraculously end up with 100 orbs. Might summon for the Navarre banner since I'd like a Kagero.

Peri was my only blue user for like a month; I got more use out of her 3 movement and Killer Lance than anything I got out of Oboro, for instance. Peri is better thought of as a Calvary Ephraim with the defenses flipped; her job is to use her high mobility to reduce defense through her skills, and proc her special as often as possible.

Do yourself a favor and spoil yourself on the character portraits because holy **** do they all look good.

Yeah, I know, but I'm guessing the developers are giving people information so that you if you're running any of those skills or a character with a personal skill like that, then you can take advantage of it. This is even though you could just look at the portrait and assume, but assuming can make an ass out of you and me. Case in point: Virion and Libra. Actually, that's more like making an ass and a smitten school girl out of Virion.

Meanwhile, I'm convinced that I did something to spite the developers with how I have no goddamn archers. Virion... I swear if I have to make this buffoon a 5* archer to get by. I like Virion, but having no archers besides Virion is slowly moving me to hate him as a way to vent.
