So while playing For Glory (why do I still play this) I run into a guy with a tag "Youremybitch." Typical Ebola-inducing For Glory loser. For some reason, I go as Samus because it would be great to beat him with the worst character.

Well, it turns out that was not the smartest move. He played as Diddy (ooooof course he did), and, nerfed or not, he dominates over Samus pretty hard. I got ****-stomped really hard for the majority of the match (UNLIMITED BANANA PEELS!), and I knew I was going to get beat. By three minutes in, I'm at my last stock with over 100% damage, and it was clear I was not going to win. My mind was already filled with degrading messages he was probably going to put as his tag.

Then it happens.

I pull off a combo that gets him from 0-60% damage.

And then I gimp him.

Mere words cannot describe the emotions I felt to see him try to Up B his way back onto the stage.

To see his jet pack escape him and cause him to fall to his doom.

People like him always try to make people salty in the most immature ways possible. But let me tell you, getting salt poured the professional way feels good.

Eat it, asshat.

Me too. I try to have a spacing game, but I don't make the most of my punishes a lot of times. If I was a smarter player I'd probably use utilt more.... since all the good players do, heh. Your utilt kind of shut down my dair happy play. You even teched it good when I did land it. I'm still like 10% on my lightning kicks too. Some of those matches were decided by just some missed ladders which you were going for a lot, so that hurt. Lag was a factor of course. Think it messed with a few recoveries. I know it got one of mine and I imagine two or three of yours, usually after a gimp that wasn't necessarily good. You use Din's and Phantom a lot more than me too and it did get a tad predictable, even though I still got hit by them, heh. Poor reactions on my part.

I think I might've saved the last match. Can't check right now though.

The lag was a bit unusual since it wasn't that bad in a persistent kind of way, but it would spike some which can be even worse. Simple inputs weren't so bad but a multiple input setup or whatever felt awkward in the lag especially if a random spike showed up. It was workable enough though that we had some decent play against each other. Perfect shields and spot dodges weren't hurt much... simple input stuff. The last one was pretty close and I got a lot safer just to pull it out. Lots of dodging and spacing. At any moment one good read would've had me I think.

I'll review my replay saves and see if I have that last one. It was appropriately on FD as I recall. I just have online classwork to do and my Wii U is at a friend's house at least until tomorrow.

I don't do much public uploading if at all. I do have some unlisted stuff between friends. If you want to upload a match of ours or two, I don't mind. Nothing super special happened although they were mostly close and all fun. I may open a new channel to upload my own special stuff publicly at some point however since it's been a plan of mine. I have an Elgato HD.

At least you can even save them now. In Brawl a 3 minute or longer match was just a memory... until mods happened. The mod that allowed you to save longer replays was pretty much the most useful mod. The other mods were just for fun. Silly that someone could mod that in so easy and yet Nintendo decided on that arbitrary limit. I also liked the unlimited camera mod. Smash 4's camera is still pretty lame. I want to look straight down the plane that the fighters fight on and take pics.

I do wonder if that match was less than 3 minutes. I think I lost my first stock early at least so maybe it wasn't so long. Just remember spending most of the match at a disadvantage and trying not to screw up too badly. Man, now I want to review it. I hope it's not too long since it would be fun if you could upload it. I can if need be of course.

Since I'm a Lucina main. I'll just say that while she doesn't need to rely on a tipper, she won't have to worry so much. And that you got to space fairly well with her Tilts and Jab. I always approach or space with a SH FAir, since it has the least amount of endlag out of all of my her aerials besides SHFF NAir. Main problem is that her range is shorter than Marth's, so while you don't have to worry about spacing for a tipper, you will have to worry about the less amount of range you have.

And her RED Combo has a different combo at the end compared to Marth's.

I should actually use fsmash.org again and play with people who want to 1v1 and get a nice library of battles like that. Just been busy lately, for a while actually, and only playing for short periods when I get a chance, usually late at night. Not exactly flexible.

Yeah... I figured that battle would push past the 3:00 mark :/. It wasn't entirely your fault, I was also being super cautious with all my moves. Eventually, I think I got anxious and went for an elevator which you shielded (I think this is what happened but I could be wrong :/) All I remember was that it was on FD and I knew I had to play hard which actually worked in my favored for the first half of the match.

Anyways, yeah, uploading it would be cool and it'll be in HIGH DEFINITION which is pretty neat.
