I always felt Jigglypuff was slightly underrated and Brawl and probably in this game too.

What are you talking about? Brawl Jigglypuff is terrible, has awful hitboxes (no range, no disjoint) that on top of that get stale so hard she can't kill AT ALL.

Zelda's honestly the most accomplished character in Smash.

Being bottom tier for 14 straight years is something no ordinary being is capable of accomplishing. Clearly, someone who can do such an almost impossible task must be an incredibly broken character.

I still can't believe the Zelda characters were made so badly in Brawl. ALL of them sucked. Well, Tink was OK but that's only one.

You'd think they wouldn't allow the characters from one of their most popular series to be like that (see: Mario characters in Smash 4)

......Top tiers........high tiers...borderline tiers.............mid tiers...............low tiers...bottom tiers.
Smash 4 is more like:

Yes, I don't know why though. The tiers are more 'softened' in this game more than the other three (well two; everyone's viable in 64. Yes even Luigi, the worst character.). My guess lies in it not having enough results in tournament buuuuuuut where else would people put Pika in a tier list?
