It's Cytus, a rhythm game for iOS and Android, developed by Rayark.

It's a fun and very challenging game that is a bit similar to Osu! and Elite Beat Agents with some other mechanics, and a pretty varied soundtrack.

I haven't played Osu but enjoyed EBA, so I'll look into the game. Thanks!
