A reminder that tomorrow is the last day to submit highlights for the Zelda social compilation video! If you have a capture card, you can directly sent your highlights to me via DropBox or something. Otherwise, give them to Moydow or Nammy12 and they'll take care of it!

I am also hosting a room right now that anyone can join. Just going to fool around with some custom movesets I've made, so it's gonna be super casual. It's not restricted to 1v1s either, and it might also spark up a potential highlight that can be used for the video.

Nah, stats aren't really different like in MKWii. "Competitive" players use the heaviest characters for no reason at all lol

Because apparently being heavy is better (I think the heavies ARE faster) and will even beat out a light character using a Star (which is dumb, Star should trump weight). Are other heavies used too?

I heard that Wario was heavier than DK though, guess the latter needs to expand some more

I remember back in my senior year of highschool when I wasn't allowed to have my phone out in classes, I experimented with what websites were blocked on the school computers and to my surprise and delight, SmashBoards wasn't.

Elementary school was hell though. Even YouTube was blocked... But then again it's not like we ever did anything productive on YouTube anyway.

Gosh I'm having a flashback for whatever reason over school computers.... Here at the library on campus the computers have no lockdown to point that I passed by a window and noticed someone looking at lewd pictures...

are the other used heavies and most used characters in general (Wario too, but already mentioned). Heavies are faster, but their acceleration is ****; people just seem to care about the Speed stat more. That's why every "competitive" player uses Pipe Frame + Slick + Heaviest.

Ultimately speed is most important, especially in Time Trial, but people need to realize that they're playing a party game where you can get screwed in about two seconds (especially now that Red Shells can follow you through cannons like what). That's why in MKWii my combo of choice was Wario in the Honeycoupe. It also had one of, if not the strongest miniturbos in the game

I survived middle school and high school without any smartphone or use of electronic device to do anything unproductive, haha. Only ever started drifting off once I got my iPhone during university, as well as always needing to bring my laptop for classes. Plus, I never had anything to distract me anyway, seeing as I only got into SB a year ago, and Facebook when I was in like... Grade 12. Living the life as a pure gorl tbh~

I actually can't imagine doing high school with internet distractions. And I see that people who are only a year younger than me suffering the lack of electronic devices and internet stuff, haha.

My GameBoy finally arrived today! It's beautiful and I'm in love with it. Here are a few pictures:

The system itself is Pearl Green and the buttons are just blue. I'm already having a blast with it! Pokemon LeafGreen and Pokemon Gold are basically all I'm going to be doing this weekend.
