Zair tactics to make link less poopy

Pickaboo Zair
Whenever your descending and your opponent is approaching, quickly airdodge then zair to catch your opponent completely offguard. This isnt just the standard jump and zair. If your knocked back by your opponent the air dodge will stop your momentum and you can zair to stop them from approaching.

bomb zair
USE THIS, most of you already know about it but dont incorporate it as much as you should.
just short hop + airdodge while holding a bomb. You dont have to throw it after you zair, if the zair connects, chuck it.

Zair ledgehop
This technique eliminates the lag you get when you try to ledge hop.
push back while on the ledge and immidately push Z twice. After this you can immidately ledgehop a fair/nair/uair.

Please dont attempt to be a smartass and say you already know about all this & blah blah. Ive played a **** ton of you and this is what i feel that most links are slacking on. Zair is links trump card, and the only way ive seen it used is the blatantly obvious jump & zair which will get powershielded and you punished before you hit the ground.

I know I don't have to read this threads, I was being sarcastic. With Link, there's no such thing knowing every-single little thing up his sleeve, no matter how good you are. Thats one reason why he's so fun to main. The tricks he has are endless.

hmmm... maybe i am under estimating the zair

when the zair was first called a AT (HDL's Match or w/e) i thought that it was stupid as hell because all hdl did was spam it and thats just not my playstyle

but ill definitely start throwing the zair into my link game.
